We also publish US Internet Serviceability, an internet availability tool for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, which answers from the same FCC broadband availability data as this Site. Use the options below for help with any of them.

US Internet Serviceability (AI assistant tool)

What it does: given a U.S. ZIP code or street address, it reports which internet providers have filed coverage there with the FCC, their technologies and maximum filed speeds, and coverage statistics. It is read-only and needs no account or login.
Wrong or missing provider? The tool reports FCC Broadband Data Collection filings, which can lag or overstate real builds. If you believe a result is wrong, email us the ZIP code or address and what you expected, and we will investigate. You can also file an availability challenge with the FCC through its National Broadband Map .
Errors or outages: if the tool reports that availability is unknown or cannot reach our data service, try again in a few minutes or check the same location on this Site. If it keeps failing, email support with the time and the location you asked about.
Removing the tool: you can disconnect or uninstall it at any time from your AI assistant's apps or connectors settings. The tool stores nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing else to delete; see the Assistant Tool section of our Privacy Policy .
